Refund & Return Policy

At “Oqir”our goal is to provide you with the greatest possible purchasing experience. However, once a product is sold or delivered, we are unable to accept returns or refunds because damaged or opened items cannot be used again and products must be in perfect condition.

Refund Policy

  • Oqir is not liable for any damage that occurs after the products are delivered. 
  • In case of claims on leakage/breakage or damage/ missing item unpack video is compulsory with original packing.
  • After delivery, claims must be made within 24 business hours. Should this not be done, the claim will be denied.
  • As soon as your return request is approved, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days. 
  • Delivery fees are not included in the refund amount because delivery partners do not reimburse them. 
  • This policy will not cover damages brought on by the user's improper handling in any way. 

Note- Incase product appears to be tampered with, damaged, or defective please decline the delivery partner's package immediately .

Return Policy 

  1. In severe situations where a product is delivered damaged (leaking, broken, or missing pieces) as a result of transit, a refund or return might be started following a careful review of the refund policy.
  2. The customer should get in touch with our customer service within 24 to 48 hours if they receive a product that is broken, damaged, or leaking.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so before it has been shipped. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details.

After cancellation acceptance, a refund will be credited to the original payment account within 15 days.
